We know a lot of ways to fall asleep: medication, meditation, special exercises, and even self-massage. But 62% of people choose music for this purpose. And there is a scientific reason that you should follow their example. Of course, not every song will help us, so you need to choose it thoughtfully.
We at The Elite Indian are here to help you with songs that’ll help you get better sleep. Get ready to add them to your list.
Music helps you sleep better at any age.

Music helps us relax and reduces our stress levels. One study used sedative music with a tempo of 60-80 beats per minute and found out that after listening, heart rates became lower and the amount of breaths per minute reduced.

Sound therapists together with Marconi Union created a special song to help people relax. “Weightless” has a steady 60 beat tempo and it ends with a 50 beat tempo. It’s said to be even more relaxing than a massage.

Scientists tested “Weightless” and other relaxing tracks. And here is a list of 10 songs that reduced stress the most.
- Marconi Union — Weightless
- Airstream — Electra
