There is no denying the fact that Internet has helped us a lot in becoming aware about the things which are happening far away from us otherwise how we would have come to know about the world’s oldest known bird.
The online users on social media platforms have become quite excited after knowing about Wisdom through a tweet by USFWS Pacific which is the official Twitter handle of the department for the Pacific Region for the US Fish and Wildlife Service.
The tweet talks about a bird of Laysan albatross, or mōlī breed which is said to be 71 yrs old and has returned to Midway Atoll.
It was in 1956 that the she was first identified and banded by the biologists with the band number Z333, however her long time mate has been missing and he wasn’t seen last season as well.
Wisdom, the world’s oldest known wild bird, recently returned to Midway Atoll!

As per an estimate by USFWS Pacific, Wisdom has laid around 50-60 eggs and around 30 chicks have fledged in her lifetime.
The ageless Wisdom, with her well-known band number of Z333, was first spotted this nesting season on Thanksgiving Day.
Her long-time mate has yet to be seen and was absent last nesting season, too. Males typically return to the breeding site first. pic.twitter.com/C0jmpDEld5

It is really necessary that humans should take good care of bird and animals because their existence is as important as the existence of human beings otherwise the whole ecosystem will get destroyed.
