In November 2016, Gul Panag added another feather in her cap when she announced on Instagram that she was a licensed Pilot too.

Apart from her career as an actor, Gul Panag has always inspired millions of women across the world to get out of their comfort zone and chase their dreams.

Gul Panag became the first Indian woman to drive Formula E racing car in Barcelona, Spain

An agency report claims that Gul drove the M4Electro at the Circuit de Calafat in Catalonia, Spain, which is a Mahindra fourth generation Formula E race car.

Before going behind the wheels of the racing car, Gul took a proper expert training as driving a racing car is an extreme experience and requires a high level of fitness.

Talking to a leading daily, Gul said,

“I feel privileged to know that I am amongst very few people in the world to drive this car, on what is only its second outing. I felt like I was driving the future.”
