Sometimes the things we love can be harmful, And it is really unfortunate that the consequences do not let you go somewhere or, what’s worse, make you feel sick.
To avoid these unpleasant feelings and provide a healthy appearance, we would like to show you some foods that you might consider eliminating or completely excluding from your food ration.
Alcohol

If you eat sushi, it is recommended to drink more water, do facial exercises, sleep on a slope to avoid allowing the liquid to accumulate on the face, use a cold compress and avoid alcohol to prevent swelling.
Dairy products

If you eat dairy products and still have problems with acne, this information may be useful. First, cow’s milk contains a growth hormone that exacerbates the sebaceous glands in your skin and makes your skin look oily.
As a result, it becomes more prone to leaks. Secondly, there is a lot of low-quality milk, because the cows are being fed with GM mold and soybeans. During milk processing, milk is damaged due to ultra pasteurization, evaporation, skimming, etc.
All this creates the perfect conditions for acne. Third, 75% of the world population is lactose intolerant, and this intolerance can cause acne and eczema.
You can choose to switch to alternatives such as goat’s milk or buy raw milk at a local farm where you can be sure that cows feed on grass. In addition, 2% milk is a better option if it is considered to have a lower glycemic index.

One of the reasons you can see swollen skin, especially after visiting a cafeteria or restaurant, maybe due to the consumption of processed meats.
First, there is a lot of sodium in processed meats such as ham, bacon, cured meats such as chicken brine and the amount of salt that swells you, so you feel bloated or swollen.
Second, these types of meat also contain nitrates, which destroy the collagen and elastin in the skin. Third, processed meats can cause premature aging due to broken elements that can no longer be used to support young skin.
For processed meats to be less harmful to your body, do not overeat and do not eat them every day. If you are on a diet, base it on fresh foods.
Juices

Who doesn’t love juice? Especially when it is considered much healthier than soda. First, juices contain as much sugar as soda, and that sugar breaks down the skin’s collagen and makes it rough.
Secondly, juices have no fiber and this means that what you are drinking does not provide the skin with the necessary nutrients.
Third, lovers of lemon juice masks are prone to a potential chemical burn. If you go out in the sun, lemon juice can permanently damage your skin.
You can mix fruits and vegetables in smoothies to make sure your body gets all the good vitamins and minerals. But it would be better to eat whole fruits to get antioxidants and vitamins that are found naturally in fruits.
