You Wear A Crossbody Bag

Wearing a bag that is not balanced on your body is one of the worst things you can do for your posture. While it may be tempting to choose the largest bag that you can carry your entire life in, the heavier the bag, the more problems it can cause your spine.
When you carry your bag on one shoulder and the weight is not evenly distributed, it can lead to neck and shoulder injuries, poor posture, and even headaches. If you’re not ready to give up your favorite crossbody bag, empty it from time to time.
You Cradle Your Phone Between Your Ear And Neck
Sitting at your office desk for long hours doesn’t help your posture, but the way you sit isn’t the only thing that can damage your spine. Holding the phone between your shoulder and your ear can help keep your hands free for typing, but it can eventually hurt your back.
Your neck and shoulders should not stay in this position for long, and this habit can stretch your upper back muscles and affect your posture.
You Work From A Laptop

While your laptop will allow you to work from anywhere, it’s best to overcome the temptation to sink into your chair. Bending over and staring at the screen can tire your muscles and eventually lead to incorrect posture.
In fact, constantly staring at the screen can strain your muscles as much as putting a 60-pound weight on your neck, according to a study.
You Add Milk To Your Coffee

Although milk and other dairy products are considered part of a healthy diet, these foods can cause inflammation and worsen existing back pain, which in turn will affect your posture.
Caffeinecan also create a perfect environment for low back pain and even cause chronic low back pain.
You Iron Often
Ironing makes you lean over the board, which in turn can make your posture worse. If you iron frequently, use a high-back chair and place a rolled towel behind your back to avoid bending over.
You’re Sleeping Under A Heavy Blanket

While sleeping under a large, fluffy blanket it can be comfortable, lifting and organizing it when making a bed requires you to lean in and use your muscles. To avoid back pain, opt for lighter blankets.
